MARKET VENDOR RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
Fall Vintage Market
September 23 - 25
10 am - 5 pm
Please note: Outdoor field space vendors are required to be on premises during market hours. Although there will be a designated checkout for all outside sales.
Requirements: Following submission of your application please email at least 5 clear photographs representing a varied sampling of your wares to “firstname.lastname@example.org”. Please note that applications without photos will not be considered.
Please note: this is a juried show featuring a variety of wares to ensure the best selection for our valued customers. Display of merchandise should be well thought out, neat and organized. We value outside of the box displays.
Financials: Nonrefundable full payment of space is due within 10 days of acceptance into our market. Please make checks payable to “Counting Sheep Antiques”.
Additional Fees: Counting Sheep Antiques will retain 5% of your gross sales to cover misc. expenses related to the event.
Set Up Times: Wednesday & Thursday 9/21 & 9/22 (8am - 6pm). No vendor may break down before the Market’s end on Sunday, 9/25
Marketing: Advertising is key to the success of our Fall Vintage Market. Counting Sheep Antiques will be responsible for optimal exposure including social networking, postcard distribution, email blasts, signage, networking and cross marketing with bloggers.
Vendor Responsibilities related to marketing: we require that you work to help cross promote our market via Facebook and/or blog at least 1x per week from the time you are accepted into the market.
We are not responsible for loss or theft during this market.
