Introduction workshop cost includes all material and supply.During this 4hr introduction workshop, you will learn three painting techniques using Annie Sloan Chalk Paints and Waxes. Using sample boards and moldings, you will create a two color wax relief, a two color distress over a textural design and a one color crackle. We also work with both clear and dark waxes.

Advanced workshop cost includes all material and supply. It is recommended, but not required that you attend the introductory workshop prior to this more advanced workshop. We will get creative with these 3 additional techniques using Annie Sloan Chalk Paints and Waxes. 1. Using a sample board, we will each choose one color of paint and add a decoupaged graphic design (supplied) and finish the piece with Annie’s new 2 step Craqueleur medium. 2. Learn to apply gold leaf and gilding waxes over Annie Sloan Chalk Paint onto a decorative molding piece to add interest to your projects. 3. On a sample board, we will play with paint texturing techniques using everyday items from in and around your home.

“Rehab to Fab” furniture workshop cost includes two 4oz. sample paint pots of your choice (pre-ordered) and 1 can of either clear or dark wax. You will be asked to either bring a small piece of furniture or a home accessory item (something that you can easily carry in) maybe a stool, chair, side table, frame, etc. or you may purchase a small piece from our REHAB booth here in the barn (call Sally at 978-415-0049 for additional detail regarding your selected piece). Bring your own brushes and supplies.

Class size is limited therefore, payment in full is required to secure your space. Checks may be mailed to Counting Sheep Antiques at 79 Central St., Berlin, MA.  01503 or  phone us at (978) 415-0049 and we can process your credit card payment.

Anne is the owner of “The Creative Touch” she is a renowned decorative artist and teacher of over 20yrs. Maureen is the owner of “Signature Finishes” a faux finishing business and is in the business of re-purposing and re-selling painted furniture. Maureen has been trained by Annie Sloan herself…

Come join us for these FUN and INFORMATIVE workshops!! You will be opened up to endless possibilities of repurposing items in and around your home either for your own decor or for resale.
